Purpose of processing

Data is collected to reply to information requests and collaboration enquiries sent through the forms on the site. It is not used to send newsletters or marketing communications without separate, explicit consent.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the user's explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), freely given through the forms on the site.

How data is processed

Data is processed by electronic means, lawfully, fairly and transparently, in line with the GDPR. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

Data retention

Data collected through the forms is kept for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, unless a different legal obligation applies.

Communication of data

Data is not disclosed publicly. It may be processed by external parties appointed by the controller for technical purposes (for example the hosting provider or form services), under data-processing agreements. The site forms are handled through Google Forms.

Transfers outside the EU

The site uses Google Fonts and the forms are handled through Google Forms, services that may involve transfers of data outside the EU (for example to the United States), under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Hosting

The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A., a provider whose servers are located in Europe.
